Models and textures

# 3D assets

The home study model is procedural (bevelled limestone terraces, house, gravel court, stock tank, instanced canopies and meadow). It is lit by the qwantani_afternoon 1k HDRI below. Kenney meshes and the scanned trees were not placed: after re-materialling they still read as a game kit, not a presentation model.

Kept files only. Kenney models are GLB. Poly Haven models are 1k glTF plus the bin and textures they reference. Textures and the HDRI are 1k.

Poly Haven has no texture named limestone. `white_sandstone_blocks_02` is the pale block stand-in. Full canopy scans (`jacaranda_tree` about 205 MB, `fir_tree_01`, `pine_tree_01`, `pine_sapling_medium`) were checked and not kept. `island_tree_01` and `pine_sapling_small` are the realistic trees that stayed under 80 MB.
